This study was supposed to discover the effect of distribution channel on sale volume of “Batta” Shoes Company product in Muara Teweh. The population was all of the company who cooperated with “Bata” Shoes Company in Muara Teweh. Then, the sample was the distribution channel that had cooperated since 2012 to 2016. The data was collected by using some techniques; observation, interview, library research and documentation. Then the data was analyzed by using quantitative techniques; correlation coeffisien, uji t test, and simple linier regression. Analisis result showed that tcount = 4,774 and ttable = 3,182. It mean that tcount > ttable at significant degree 0,05. Therefore, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It proved that there was a significant effect of distribution channel on sale volume. Moreover, the result of analisis also showed that r = 0,94 was closed to 1. It showed a strong positive correlation between distribution channel and sale volume. It means, if the distribution channel was raised, the sale volume would increase. In contrast, if the distribution channel was decreased, the sale volume would decrease. The last, it was found that determination coeffisien was 94% which showed the level of distribution channel influence on sale volume was 94 %, while 5% influence was obtained from other sources.
