Abstract

Breast milk is a great supply of vitamins for newborns, breast milk contains a variety of iron needed for growth and for the development of the baby. This study was conducted at the Puskesmas of East Baturaja District, OKU Regency. This study used quantitative research. The sample in this study were 32 breastfeeding mothers. This observe used a move sectional technique and this observe used gear withinside the shape of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire, the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) questionnaire, and the Fluency of Breast Milk Questionnaire.
