Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explore the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty through standard certificates as mediation variables. The results of research conducted using the Literature Review method on 15 journals from Google Schoolar, Scopus, JSTOR, PubMed and Research Gate found that there was a significant positive relationship between product quality and consumer loyalty, both direct relationships and with moderation variables, namely certification standards. The implication of this research is that loyalty to these national products can make national products have high competitiveness and are ready to face foreign products that will enter Indonesia.
