Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on company performance. This study also aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction in the workshop of Erzhet Motorsport in terms of Price, Product Quality, Service and Location so it is known that the core of the formation of competitive advantage for the company in the field of workshop. Data needed in this research is primary data in the form of respondent's assessment about price, product quality, service and location and customer satisfaction. Data collection method used in this research is with questionnaires and book study on the books related to the issues discussed. Technical analysis of data in this study using Double Liner Regression Test, Test t, Test F, and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of data analysis in the study indicate that: Price has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in the workshop Erzhet Motorsport Yogyakarta. Product quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in the workshop Erzhet Motorsport Yogyakarta. Service has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in the workshop Erzhet Motorsport Yogyakarta. Location has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in the workshop Erzhet Motorsport Yogyakarta. Price, product quality, service and location simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction at ERZHET Motorsport Yogyakarta workshop.
