Abstract

Queuing is a daily routine experienced by almost everyone. Every activity, such as refueling at gas stations, has a queuing process. The purpose of this research is to reduce the average customer waiting time in the system, reduce the average idle time on each server, and reduce the length of the queue in the system. Because at the gas station there are long queues, it is necessary to improve the queuing system. In addition, Promodel software is used to simulate queuing models at gas stations. This research is qualitative and quantitative in nature. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that. In the initial model entity there were only 40 people while in the new model there were 48 people. In the initial model, the average entity location is 0.33, while the new model is 0.65. But the repair model has an average time spent on the system a little longer, which is 0.60.
