Abstract

Anal neoplasia in Inflammatory Bowel Disease is rare and has been associated with HPV and perianal disease. We report a case of a large perianal ulcer in a patient with a non perianal Crohns disease that it was initially misdiagnosed and treated as pyoderma gangrenosum.
