Abstract
AbstractIn this paper, the design and measurement of a 10 GHz thin‐film microstrip (TFMS) rat‐race coupler using a thick‐film photoimageable technology is presented. The fabricated hybrid occupies 2.10 mm×0.61 mm, and offers good performance. This is a promising technology for low‐cost large‐volume multichip modules (MCMs) for future wireless systems. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Microwave Opt Technol Lett 32: 5–7, 2002.
