Abstract
Pain control is a crucial part of dentistry, particularly in the management of children. Behavior guidance, dose, equipments and technique of administration of the local anesthetic are influential for successful treatment of a pediatric patient. Local anaesthesia is commonly employed prior to most dental procedures. its is imperative to understand the mechanism is a by which local anaesthetic work. Local anaesthesia also has major clinical implications in that it can precipitate emergencies in patients. The intention is to present review on the relevant data on topics, involved and on the current methods available in the administration of local anesthesia used for pediatric dental patients.
