Abstract

High-resolution scrotal sonography has become the imaging modality of choice not only for differential diagnosis of a variety of pathologic processes with similar clinical manifestations (such as pain, swelling, and presence of a mass) but also for diagnosis and monitoring of blunt scrotal trauma. 1 , 2 , 3 We present an unusual case of a well-circumscribed intratesticular hematoma mimicking on sonography a testicular mass. It was conservatively treated and monitored until its resolution.
