Abstract

Variants of the preexcitation syndromes including accessory atrioventricular pathways (Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome), nodoventricular and fasciculoventricular fibers (Mahaim) and atrio-Hisian fibers (Brechenmacher) are well established in the literature. 1 Familial occurrence of Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome has been reported and autosomal dominant inheritance has been proposed. 2 We report a family whose unusual features included a unique combination of accessory pathways causing preexcitation and associated findings of excessive lentiginosis and sudden cardiac death.
