Abstract

ABSTRACTSudden onset stridor due to bilateral vocal cord paralysis in an adult patient with undiagnosed syringomyelia as a sole presenting symptom is rare. Here we are presenting a case of a 40-year-old female with undiagnosed syringomyelia due to Chiari type I malformation presenting with sudden onset stridor.
