Abstract

The vulva is a rare site of malignancy and an even rarer site for metastases. We describe the unusual presentation of colorectal metastases as a vulval mass. Initial vulval biopsy was consistent with adenocarcinoma of colorectal origin and MRI pelvis demonstrated a large pelvic mass and possible abnormality of sigmoid colon, which was subsequently found to be the primary lesion. The pelvic mass was an ovarian metastasis. We review the literature on vulval and ovarian metastases.
