Abstract

A 36-year-old woman, gravida 2, para 2, was referred to our hospital because a multilocular pelvic mass, suggestive of an ovarian tumor, was found during her annual medical checkup. Her medical history was unremarkable. Transvaginal sonography found multilocular cysts and normal-sized ovaries (Fig. 1A). Contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed an extraovarian multilocular mass with a high-intensity signal on T2-weighted imaging (Fig. 1B, C).
