Abstract
1. A case of Otto pelvis (intrapelvic protrusion of the acetabulum), with bilateral acetabular fracture following electric shock therapy, is presented, and the condition discussed. 2. A few representative studies on the problem of traumatic complications in convulsive therapy are included, and the newer methods of prevention are discussed.
