Abstract
California serogroup viral infections are the most common reported etiology of arboviral encephalitis in the United States. Since 2002, only 29 cases have been reported in Michigan, mostly in children. We report a case of a 27-year-old woman presenting with vertigo and whose cerebrospinal fluid contained 14-3-3 protein.
