# {#article-title-2} To the Editor: Desestret et al.1 consider hypertrophic branchial myopathy an unusual cause of symptomatic tension-type headache based on a single case. A pathophysiologic mechanism linking these conditions is missing, thereby making their hypothesis speculative.
