Abstract
Question: A 59-year-old woman presented with a nearly 10-year history of abdominal distention, lower abdominal pain, and left leg pain worse with prolonged standing. She was diagnosed with cryptogenic cirrhosis in other hospitals. Physical examination revealed left buttock and upper posteromedial thigh varicosities accompanied by port-wine stains (Figure A).
