Abstract

Question: A 57-year-old woman showed pelvic mass on routine health checkup using pelvic ultrasound. The mass was not felt on abdominal and pelvic examination. However, the mass was felt with poor motion, hard quality, and no tenderness on anorectal digital examination. Pelvic tumor was suspected. Abdominal scar with length of about 15 cm was found. The patient had a history of teratoma surgery. The patient had no obvious clinical symptoms.
