Abstract

Providing academic library services and resources to populations off-site or at a distance from your campus can be an arduous and frustrating task. This editorial provides one academic library administrator's advice and perspective on how to best achieve this balancing act between providing resources and services to users in house and providing the same resources and services to users at a distance.
