Abstract

The results of the development of an integrated high-performance antenna-type microbolometer and a computer experiment to investigate its expected parameters and characteristics are presented. It is shown that the use of a metamaterial in the heat-sensitive element, which is the load of a double-threaded spiral antenna, enables the main parameters of the receiver, which determine its practical suitability, to be improved.
