Abstract
In this paper, we discuss the solution of transportation problem in intuitionistic fuzzy nature. Optimal solution for the intuitionistic fuzzy transportation problem without converting the intuitionistic fuzzy number into crisp number is obtained. The procedure is illustrated by numerical example.
