Abstract

Operating real-time system control programs, oriented for control computer comulex M-6000 ACST-M and applicable to “ACY III ” of the reversible hot rolling mills class, elaborated and realized on an experimental installation are considered. The operating system is used in the “ ACY III ” of blooming mill 1500 and universal beam mill, designed for direct digital control of individual mill mechanisms, transmission of settings to local automatic control systems as well as for registration, storing and processing technological data.The operating system ensures the execution of functional programs on line with the continuously changing conditions of non-stationary and high-speed technological processes.The functional capacity, time characteristics, structure and interaction of the control programs of the operating system are given, taking into account the various requirements set forth for the functional software in the stages of its elaboration, debugging and application.
