Abstract

In recent years, organization social responsibility is considered as the main factor in the survival of organizations and is known as an accepted obligation towards environment and people living in industrial projects areas. On the other hand, the level of corporate social responsibility is effective on the degree of legitimacy and support from the community and the reputation and credibility and somehow determines the survival and profitability of an organization. So this research aims to investigate the effect of organization social responsibility on the staff perception. The sample included 150 employees of the Social Security Organization in Bandar Abbas. In order to collect the required data, a questionnaire with an appropriate validity and reliability of was distributed among them. In order to analyze data, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used. The results showed that all research hypotheses were confirmed, which means that the dimensions of social responsibility (economic, legal, environmental and altruistic) have an effect on organizational trust and job satisfaction of employees. In addition, the organizational trust has effect on their job satisfaction and organizational commitment; organizational trust has effect on organizational commitment.
