Abstract

The study sought to determine the effect that various sources of patient participation -- patient advisory board, patient survey, and patient complaint committee -- have on the commitment generated in physicians practicing in multi-specialty group practice settings. The investigation concluded that the sources are equally effective in generating physician response.
