An Investigation of Patients’ Satisfaction during Their Treatment Process Following Implementation of Health System Reform Plan at the Selected Educational Treatment Centers of Qom University of Medical Sciences, (Iran)

Background and ObjectivesThe main mission of the Health System is improving the level of health and meeting the needs of the society and its correct implementation plays a very important role in the Health and Treatment System
This study aimed to investigate Patients’ satisfaction during their treatment process following implementation of Health System Reform Plan at selected treatment centers affiliated to the Qom University of Medical Sciences
It is suggested that the weak points should be paid attention, and the quality of services be promoted and the program be continued in order to increase the level of satisfaction

در این مطالعه ۵۵0 ،بیمار که بیش از نیمی از آنان را مردان ()%61 تشکیل میدادند ،با میانگین سنی 42سال شرکت کردند .میزان رضایتمندی بیماران در طول درمان ،به دنبال اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت در مراکز درمانی منتخب وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم ،در کل %۷2برآورد شد که این رضایتمندی به ترتیب در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی ،%۷8بیمارستان نکویی %۷2و بیمارستان کامکار %61/۵بود .همچنین بیشترین رضایتمندی در حیطههای فراهمی دارو ( ،)%۹۵/۵فرانشیز و عدم پرداخت غیررسمی به پزشکان ( )%۹3/۵و کمترین رضایتمندی از حیطههای مدیریت شکایات ( )%۵3و فرآیند ترخیص ()%۵8
