Abstract
Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. When you sense danger – whether it’s real or imagined – the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight-or- flight” reaction, or the stress response. The present study has been focused in to identify the reasons of employee stress and symptoms of the stress. It has also focused on to analyze whether the management is providing an adequate training facilities to their workers. The purpose of the study is also to identify whether the workers are able to manage their time in their job. KEY WORDS : job, management, training, stress, symptoms.
