Abstract

In this study, it was aimed to determine the satisfactions of customers staying in thermal hotels on furniture design in thermal hotels. To this end, a 42 questioned survey prepared by the researchers was conducted among participants to measure the satisfaction of customers on furniture designs in the thermal hotels they stayed in Afyonkarahisar. The research population included all of the thermal hotel customers in Afyonkarahisar; but the sample constituted all the customers volunteered to respond to the survey. Only two thermal hotel customers participated in the survey. Aforementioned survey was applied to 300 customers staying in these thermal; however, only 125 of them returned the survey.. Student's t test was used to find out if there are any differences in answers to the questions according to the gender or disability of the participants. One-way variation analysis (ANOVA) was applied to establish the differences in answers from the point of education level groups of the participants and their purpose of visit to the hotel. As a result of factor analysis, 6 factors emerged with eigenvalues greater than 1.
