Abstract

Conventional forms of financing, that is, raising funds by equity, straight debt or by sale of shares to the public seem to be providing a decent result, nothing extraordinary, just plain decent. This has prompted companies with huge financial targets to think outside the box and seek other creative ways of raising capital for the execution of their projects and for the benefit of their shareholders.
