Abstract

A 15-year-old girl presented to us with a pulsatile mass at the left upper lateral neck of 1 month's duration. She denied recent history of cervical trauma, febrile episode, or history to suspect of bleeding tendency, Behcet's disease, or connective tissue disease. Her vital signs and physical examination were nonspecific except for the neck swelling.
