Abstract

An interference alignment (IA) scheme is presented that allows multiple secondary users to share the same frequency band of multiple pre-existing primary links without generating any interference. Firstly, primary users employ the iterative algorithm based on maximum SINR to achieve interference alignment. Secondly, we give the feasibility conditions of IA for secondary users, and also get the choosing scheme of secondary users which can enter the cognitive radio network and communicate with other secondary users based on channel quality. Numerical results show that the choosing scheme and the interference alignment algorithm improve the system capacity significantly in the cognitive radio network with 3 primary users and 4 secondary users.
