Abstract
Efforts have been made to establish structured decision table (SDT) as an abstraction of the top-down program development methodology, by representing each step in the program development by a structured decision table and the entire process of development by a hierarchy of structured decision tables. This paper reports an interactive SDT based program development tool which facilitates top down, stepwise program development. The underlying data base stores each development steps which may be retrieved, modified and updated for program modification.
