Abstract

A study is made of the genetic, clinical, and immune data of patients with melanoma with the purpose of predicting the degree of aggressiveness of the disease, which will make it possible to organize a personalized treatment process based on the individual risk of remission or relapse. At the same time, combinations of genetic mutations are identified that can serve as markers of such states, which will allow the creation of test systems without the need to determine a complete list of genes. An intelligent system based on the JSM method for automated research support is described: its procedures and data analysis strategies, as well as the results of the system’s work with examples from source data are analyzed in detail.
