Abstract

An intelligent maintenance decision method has been proposed, which can automatically judge the state of components according to the operation and maintenance data, and provide the most reasonable maintenance strategy according to the components state. The method fundamentally eliminates over repair and under repair, which solves the contradiction between "one size fits all" maintenance procedures and individual differences, and truly realizes personalized and intelligent maintenance. The operation and maintenance data of the carbon strip of a urban rail vehicle is taken to as an example, the wear data of the carbon strip is extracted and integrated to analyze the relationship between the wear amount of the carbon strip and the operating mileage, and the intelligent maintenance decision-making model of the carbon strip has been built, which can provide the most reasonable maintenance and replacement strategies according to the current wear amount of the carbon strip.
