Abstract

A modern and efficient method for removing deposits from the inner surfaces of tubes used in heat-transfer equipment operating at thermal and nuclear power stations is considered. This method is intended primarily for cleaning steam-turbine condensers, delivery-water heaters, and gas- and oil coolers with thin-walled tubes made of nickel-copper alloys or brass 19–28 mm in diameter, with a 1-mm thick wall, and 5–11 m long.
