Abstract

Interdigital dermatoses can usually be treated by keeping the interdigital web space dry and clean. The web space can be kept dry by keeping the toes separated. Unfortunately, this is difficult in patients having arthritis, obesity, diabetes, etc. A number of techniques have been suggested by different authors to keep toes separated using coiled wire loop,1 a thermocol spacer, etc. Apart from these, many toe separators are available online and can even be customized.2 However, they are not easily available, are often costly, and may not be comfortable to use.
