Abstract

Erosion is a common and unavoidable form of wear, which seriously hinders the green and safe development of modern industrial production. Bionics has already excelled in the study of erosion resistance. This paper combines bionic units with bionic arrangements to get a new combinatorial bionic sample for anti-erosion. The bionic unit is convex morphology extracted from the body surface of desert organisms. The bionic arrangement is a phyllotaxis arrangement formed by plant leaves through long-term evolution. The removal quality and after erosion morphology of each target sample were mainly analyzed to reveal the influence of the arrangement of the bionic morphology and the arrangement density on the erosion wear. The results show that the combinatorial bionic sample (convex units + phyllotaxis arrangement) has the best erosion wear resistance. This study extends the bionic theory of anti-erosion and provides a new research idea for the solution of wear problems in engineering.
