Abstract

A theoretical approach to the description of material properties and their dynamics as the output entropy parameter is considered. It was shown that the structure of any construction material as a mechanical system possesses the spatial and temporal properties, and, for their study, a cybernetic structure was considered instead of a material one. It is proposed to describe the process of formation of a new cybernetic-system structure using the information-theory apparatus. Models for the determination of the conditions of the current system equilibrium are considered, and the relations are established between the reversible and irreversible external and internal parameters that determine it.
