Abstract

For high-energy elastic proton-proton scattering we try an infinite one-boson-exchange (IOBE) type model as a generalization of the one-boson-exchange (OBE) model of strong interactions. Veneziano-like amplitudes are assumed for an infinite sum of one-particle-exchange amplitudes. In the present analysis we show that the coupling parameters required to reproduce experimental data at high energies TL = 5 ∼15 GeV are compatible with the corresponding ones of the OBE model obtained from low-energy analyses.
