Abstract
We consider the absolute values of the modified Selberg zeta-function at places symmetric with respect to the critical line. We prove an inequality for the modified Selberg zeta-function in a different way, reproving and extending the result of Garunkstis and Grigutis and completing the extension of a result of Belovas and Sakalauskas.
