Abstract
An improved, high-sensitivity X-band cavity for ENDOR measurements using high RF fields is described. The advantages of this cavity are stable microwave coupling using an iris/wave-guide, high quality factor (Q = 5000), high field-modulation amplitude, light irradiation capability, and wide temperature range from 1.8 to 300 K using an Oxford liquid helium flow cryostat.
