Abstract
Microwave irradiation is efficiently employed for the synthesis of crystalline titanium silicates with MFI structure and high titanium content (Si/Ti = 10) at extremely faster reaction rates. The physico-chemical properties and the phenol oxidation activity of these catalytic materials are similar to the titanium silicates synthesized by the conventional heating method.
