Abstract
急性胰腺炎是消化系统常见疾病，尤其重症胰腺炎可并发多器官功能衰竭。胃促生长素（ghrein）参与调节食欲、胃肠动力、炎症反应等多种病理生理过程，其在急性胰腺炎病理生理机制中的保护作用及外源性ghrelin的治疗作用成为近年来研究热点。现就ghrelin在急性胰腺炎炎症反应、胃肠动力、胰腺血流改变、细胞再生等方面的保护及治疗作用做一综述。.
