Abstract
Endodontic treatment can only be successfully achieved with the adequate knowledge of root canal morphology and its variations. In this case report, intraoral periapical radiograph revealed single-root with centrally located single canal bilaterally in the maxillary first molar and bilateral taurodontism in both the first and second molar which is the most rear of the rear. To the best of our knowledge, this is a very rare case reported of both bilateral taurodontism and pyramidal teeth in the primary dentition in the literature.
