Abstract

In rencent years, there have been many food safety accidents, employees' benefits damaged events and dishonesty business incidents, which highlight the lack of corporate social responsibility in China. From the evolution of corporate social responsibility, the content of the SCR have gradually enlarged, which initially only includes the benefits of the shareholders, but now extend to the benefits of the employees, consumers, environment and other factors. The fulfillment process of the SCR hase been transformed into the legal system step by step, in which the basic social responsibility become statutory obligations. We can conconlude that the inherent power to fulfill ther social responsibility is an trade-off to the business benefits and cost to fulfill social responsibilities, and the external driving forces are the pressure and influence applied to the enterprises from the consumer organizations, labor organizations, environmental groups, other social organizations and government administration and legislation. In order to properly supervise the corporate to fulfill its social responsibility and to obtain the correct evaluation of SCR for the public, the corporate social responsibilities should be implemented by the classification system, in which the SCR are divided into three parts: basic social responsibility, intermediate social responsibility and advanced social responsibility. There should be established the fulfillment mechanism of corporate social responsibility, in which social regulation, government promotion and enterprise self-discipline work together.
