Abstract

In this study, a new BPF is proposed by combining the periodic dielectric structure and the short-ended stubs. First, the analytical results showed that the high dielectric rods implanted in the dielectric substrate provides a stopband without affecting the passband which the short-ended stubs produce. Next, the proposed BPF is fabricated by using the LTCC technology. Lastly, the fabricated BPF's transmission characteristics are compared with the analytical results. As a result, the proposed BPF largely realized the transmission characteristics which fulfill the mask of FCC-Full band.
