Abstract

To improve the teaching quality of physical education courses for hearing impaired college students, promote the overall development of hearing impaired college students in their moral, intellectual and fitness levels as well as the appreciation of aesthetics, and promote the teaching model reform of physical education in China's colleges and universities, this paper designed a teaching model of physical education courses for hearing impaired college students with the application of mobile internet technology by using the literature review, questionnaire survey, interview, experimental method and mathematical statistics analysis methods. A 15-week intervention experiment was carried out, and the SPSS 25.0 software was used to statistically analyze the differences between the test group and the control group in terms of the final technique score and group choreography score after the experiment. The results showed that 1) after 15 weeks of intervention, the final technique of the test group (89.98 ± 2.43) was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.02 ± 3.37), and there were statistically significant differences (t98 = 10.155, p<0.001); 2) the group choreography score of the test group (92.40 ± 3.36) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.04 ± 3.82), and there were also statistically significant differences (t98 = 10.239, p<0.001). At the same time, the statistical analysis also showed that after the experiment, there were some differences in two indicators (the interest in learning physical education courses and the learning level of sportsmanship) among the students in the test group and control group, and the test group was significantly better than the control group. In summary, this paper concluded that: 1) the teaching model of integrating ideological and political education with physical education courses with the intervention of mobile internet is significantly better than the traditional teaching method, and it can effectively improve the academic performance and group creation ability of college students; 2) the mobile internet technology can effectively integrate and utilize high-quality resources, enrich the teaching content and teaching form, make the physical education courses more interesting, and stimulate student’s interests and learning initiatives; 3) the integration of ideological and political education with physical education courses through the mobile internet technology can effectively help hearing impaired students develop spiritual qualities such as mutual help, tenacity, persistence, bravery and confidence, cooperation and innovation.
