Abstract

This present study performs an analysis to determine the conditions set in the current work of this project during titanium machining. Model parameters such as time-pulse, flushing strain, power supply, thermal diffusivity and latent vaporization heat were calculated using the experimental technique. Determination of important process efficiency variables such as metal removal rate, and surface ruggedness, of titanium and the spark gap are dependent on experimental findings (gap width). Because of these important CNC wire cutting-EDM parameters, a validation test for the selected original or reference parameter was conducted to validate the changes in the consistency features of titanium machining. Linear regression for efficient titanium machining is used to test statistical models relating to the machining efficiency. This will be used to obtaining the best input parameter for MRR and Ra.
