Abstract
Abstract The paper presents the results obtained during the AC-losses measurements of the ITER strands and subsize cable samples. The test facility and samples are described. The method of investigation is based on both the calorimeter application and magnetization loop recording. The coincidence of their results is considered. The original calorimeter scheme allows to measure the energy dissipated during one pulse of the field variation.
