Abstract

An exact analytical calculation of the dipole-dipole relaxation rate of electron spins in a micelle is proposed for a spherically symmetrical model of radical diffusion. The results obtained are close to the Monte Carlo numerical calculations of the dipole-dipole relaxation. The results for the dipole-dipole relaxation in homogeneous solutions, adapted to micellized radical pairs, approximate well our calculations for intermediate and large micelles at all magnetic fields.
