Journal Article An Evolutionary Introduction to Laplace Transforms Get access TREVOR RANDALL TREVOR RANDALL Trevor Randall retired from his post as Head of the Department of Mathematics and Physics at Manchester Metropolitan University in August 1997. He graduated in Mathemaics, and also obtained a Teacher's Certificate, at the University College of North Wales, Bangor. After two years of teaching in Colne Valley High School, he spent a year at Salford University where he was awarded the degree of MSc. In 1964 he joined the inaugural staff of the John Dalton College of Technology in Manchester, which became the Faculty of Science and Technology of Manchester Polytechnic and then of MMU.
